Payments/Bill of Sale

1. Puppy is guaranteed healthy at time of sale. I will not be held responsible for problems caused by stress, mistreatment, or neglect. Puppy is to be handled with adult supervision around young children.
2. Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian of buyer’s choice within 48 hours of purchase or all other terms are null and void. This exam should include a stool examination for parasites. This exam will be at the buyer’s expense, and I need to receive signed verification from the vet within 7 days of purchase date.
3. If buyer’s veterinarian finds any cause for the return of the puppy due to genetic illness, the puppy will be examined by my veterinarian and both veterinarians must agree on the illness. If the puppy does not pass general inspection by both veterinarians I will replace the puppy with a future one of the same value. Puppy is only under warranty for the first six months, after six months old warranty is expired.
   
4. This warranty does not cover hypoglycemia, open fontanel, patellar luxation, skin allergies, or seizures associated with hypoglycemia. This warranty does not cover uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex mange, hernias, fleas, ticks, ear mites, worms/protozoa/parasites, coccidia/coccidiosis, giardia, or kennel cough.
   
5. In the event that the puppy dies within the 48 hour period from purchase, the buyer must have an autopsy performed, at buyer’s expense, to prove cause of death. Puppy will be replaced if cause of death was due to a genetic illness the puppy had prior to the purchase date, providing all other terms were followed.
6. I am not responsible for vet check-ups, suggested medications, or any treatments that the buyer’s veterinarian may advise, now or in the future.
7. All of my puppies are sold to be loving companions and pets only. I will not and do not guarantee show, bite (occlusion), color, size of puppy at maturity, or ability to reproduce (infertility in females or cryptchidism in males). I can only make reasonable estimates based on bloodlines.
8. There will be absolutely no exchange or refund given on your puppy once payment is received unless one of the above conditions exists and proper procedures were followed as stated above.
9. If I have not heard from you within 48 hours of purchase, all guarantees are null and void.

By signing this contract you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above and to give this puppy a good and loving home for all of puppy’s life. You are agreeing to bring the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase, to continue to update all needed immunizations, yearly check-ups and any and all medical treatments that may arise in the future at the buyer’s expense. Once payment is received their will be no refund on the puppy under no circumstances. Puppy has to be shipped by the time he/she is 12 weeks old or he/she will be relisted for sell and all money is non-refundable. If for any reason that a puppy is replaced due to a genetic illness, you will be responsible for payment of shipping the dog back to me and the shipping expense on the replacement puppy. Warranty is not transferable if they puppy is sold or given to someone other than the original buyer.

Note: If I do not receive the bill of sale with your signature before the puppy ships, the warranty on the puppy is voided. My warranty is only good on the original buyer that signs the bill of sale and not transferable if the puppy is sold or given to someone else.
