Deposit Information

All deposits are non-refundable. I will only transfer or refund a deposit if the puppy would pass away while in my care.

 I accept three methods of payment for deposits.

1.) Deposits can be sent through paypal, I can send you an invoice or you can click on the pay now button below. Once I send you an invoice I only give 4 hours to receive the deposit. If the deposit is not received within 4 hours, the puppy becomes available to the next interested person. (add 4% for the service fee of paypal)

2.)Deposits can be sent with a U.S. Postal Money Order through the mail. I only give 3 days for me to receive a deposit that is being sent through the mail.

3.) I also accept cash if you would like to make a visit to see the puppy in person.

Note: If you are putting down a deposit before a litter is born and you specify a specific color or sex you will be bound to that specific puppy or your deposit is lost. I will only refund a deposit on a future litter if I can not provide you with the color or sex that you wanted when the deposit was sent. By sending in a deposit you are agreeing to the deposit agreement below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I ___________________________, do hereby place a deposit in the amount of $__________ dollars for the above mentioned puppy. I understand that this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you change your mind on the puppy that you put your deposit down on your deposit is voided. I will not transfer a deposit to another puppy at all. The only circumstance that the deposit will be refunded is if the puppy dies while in the breeder’s care and possession.

Under no other circumstance will the deposit be refunded.
